This is an application for withdrawal of the amount by the original claimant. Admittedly, already the applicant has been allowed to withdraw 75% of the amount of compensation and she has also received it pursuant to the order dated 23rd October, 2015. I find no sufficient and cogent reason now to entertain this application. The First Appeal has already been admitted and awaiting final hearing. The Civil Application is disposed of.
