2. By way of interim order dated 20th February, 2015, after hearing Counsel for the parties, this Court allowed the petitioner to appear for XIIth Standard Examination from Science stream. The petitioner appeared for the examination, however, the result of the petitioner of XIIth Standard examination is not declared because of the direction given to the respondents not to declare the result of the petitioner until further orders by this Court.

3. Upon hearing Counsel for the petitioner, learned Counsel for the respondent and upon perusal of the reply filed by respondent no.2, we do not see any reason why the petitioner's result should not be declared. Accordingly, the petitioner's result should be declared forthwith. The purpose of filing the petition is served.

4. The petition stands disposed of.
