PER COURT :- 1.

The petitioner prays for punishment to be imposed upon the respondents for violating the judgment of the College Tribunal dated 2.8.2011 in Appeal No. BAMU-11 of 2008. 2.

The powers of the Tribunal are set out in Section 61 of the Maharashtra Universities Act, 1994. Under Section 63, the Tribunal can penalize the management or the University as the case may be. The said remedy has not been exhausted.

Considering the above, I am disposing off this Contempt Petition by allowing the petitioner to avail of a remedy as may be permissible in law.
