Petitioner claims that she had submitted an application for her transfer from Sarangkheda to Dhule in pursuance of the policy of the State Government of Husband and wife Unification. The grievance of the petitioner is that since 2012, the application has not been considered and decided.

Keeping in view the aforesaid, we dispose of this petition by directing respondent no.2 Chief Executive Officer, of Zilla Parishad, Dhule to consider and take appropriate decision on the petitioner's said application as also the application dated 1.2.2017 for her transfer in terms of the said policy. 3.

The decision be taken as expeditiously as possible but not later than two months from the date of receipt of copy of this
