ORDER:- 1.

Heard rival submissions. The applicants in both these applications are seeking permission to bring legal representatives of deceased original appellant No.2 Panditrao and appellant No.4 Jalindar, who died on 24.10.2008 and 17.10.2010 respectively, by condoning the delay periods mentioned therein. There is no strong objection from the other side.

Thus, both the applications are allowed in terms of prayer clause (B). The amendment be carried out forthwith. 3 3.

Both the applications stand disposed of accordingly.
