Learned AGP has placed on record copy of communication dated 23.06.2025 addressed to him by Sub Divisional Officer, Majalgaon stating that as per joint measurement preliminary notification under Section 11 was published on 25th -31st May, 2023. Thereafter, final notification under Section 19 was published on 10th -16th October, 2024. Final award was declared on 7th May, 2025, and demand is raised with the Executive Engineer, Majalgaon Canal Division No. 10, Parbhani on 14.05.2025. The amount is yet to be received from Bhagyawant Punde

{2} 939-CP-204-2025 the Executive Engineer. As soon as amount is received the same will be disbursed to the petitioner.

We record said statement as undertaking to this Court and dispose of the contempt petition.
