Mr.Anjanwatikar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks to withdraw this petition with liberty to urge all the contentions raised herein before the learned Appellate Court. This, particularly in response to the impugned order dated 18/01/2017, by which the Appellate Court has directed issuance of notice to the petitioners herein.

Liberty, as aforesaid, is granted. Petition is dismissed, as withdrawn.
