By this petition, petitioner seeks following relief: "B. By a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ or direction in the like nature, the respondent No. 1 may please be directed to decide the proposal of the petitioner to re-grant permission to run primary school, namely, Anand Vidyalaya, Labour Colony, Nanded as before and accordingly, the respondents may please be directed to allow the petitioner to run the said primary school as before;"
