We have heard Mr. Girase, learned counsel for petitioners.

Mr. Kale, learned incharge Government Pleader on instructions submits that, as per the communication dated 25.03.2021 assailed in the present writ petition, the FIR is already lodged. 3.

It is further submitted that, one Criminal Writ Petition bearing No.1475/2021 is pending

(2) 35-40 before this Court filed by a person claiming to be a social activist. In that petition, notice is issued.

As the statement is already made by the learned incharge Government Pleader that pursuant to the communication dated 25.03.2021 assailed in the writ petition the FIR is already lodged and the names of petitioners are not included in the FIR, we are not inclined to consider the petition. 5.

Writ Petitions are disposed of. No costs.
