In terms of the submissions of learned counsel for both the sides, award was initially of Rs. 28,00,000/-. Some errors in calculation of compensation amount were corrected and the amount of compensation was raised to Rs. 48,00,000/-. The acquiring body has deposited the entire amount of Rs. 28,00,000/- in terms of the initial calculation. The applicant has withdrawn half of the amount. The applicant is permitted to withdraw the remaining amount subject
