PER COURT :- Learned counsel appearing for Zilha Parishad has placed on record the order issued on 10.8.2017, holding the petitioner entitled to receive the salary in the pay scale, prescribed for the post of Assistant Teacher. Copy of the order is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification.

Counsel for Zilha Parishad states, on instructions, that the difference in the amount of salary, as directed by this Court earlier, would be paid within a period of two months from today. The submission is accepted.

In view of the above, the grievance raised by the petitioner, in the instant Contempt petition stands redressed. The Contempt Petition is disposed of.
