The grievance of the Petitioner is as regards the authorities having ignored her while appointing Asha Swayansevika and finding favour with Respondent No.5.

The learned Advocate representing the Zilla Parishad submits a compilation of two documents (3 pages), dated 06.02.2024 and 07.02.2024. The same are marked as "X-1" for identification. He submits that an inquiry has already been caused in the grievance of the Petitioner and a hearing is now scheduled on 26.02.2024. The Petitioner as well as Respondent No.5, would be heard.

In view of the above, this Petition is disposed off. Needless to state that all the contentions of the litigating parties would be considered by the concerned authority while taking a decision after hearing them on 26.02.2024.
