The petition had been moved challenging validity of Government circular dated 10-01-2013.

Having heard learned counsel for parties, it appears that action pursuant to clause (2) of circular dated 10-01-2013 has been taken deleting proviso from rule 6(4) of Maharashtra Zilla Parishad District Service (Recruitment) Rules, 1967. 3.

In view of aforesaid, purpose underlying the writ petition gets depleted and the same has been rendered infructuous. The writ petition is disposed of as such.
