It is an application for effecting the substituted service on respondent No.2. Notices were issued to respondent No.2. But, those were not served on him personally. Therefore, it is prayed that public notice be issued through news paper. 2.

Perused the bailiff report. Report of bailiff shows that notice was served on sister-in-law of respondent No.2. It is also mentioned in the report that the respondent was communicated the service of notice on telephone. But, it cannot be treated as valid service. Therefore, this application is allowed. 3.

The applicants are permitted to serve the respondent
