The appeal is filed on the grounds of factum and breach of policy. In the circumstances, following order is passed:-

i] The application is allowed.

(2) 13ca2458.24 ii] Applicants are allowed to withdrawn 75% of the amount deposited with this court with accrued interest on undertaking that they would deposit the amount, if the judgment and award is reversed. iii] Amount be apportioned as per award.
