1) The applications filed for transposition of the state to the array of appellant.

2) Heard learned counsel Shri. Jadhav for the acquiring body. The State has no conflicting interest against the acquiring body. In view of this circumstance, the applications are allowed. State is to be transposed to the array of appellant. Accordingly amendment is to be made in all the civil applications and the appeals.

3 CA 2408 of 2016 3) Notice on delay condonation applications to the original claimants, made returnable on 5th August 2016. Call record and proceedings.

4) Heard learned counsel for the acquiring body on stay applications. Seen the judgment and award. The applications for stay are allowed. Stay to the execution of the judgment and award of the Reference Court subject o condition that the entire amount of compensation is deposited within six (6) weeks from today. If the amount is not deposited within this time, it is to be presumed that there is no stay to the execution.
