This petition is disposed of with direction to respondents No. 2 and 3 to decide the representation dt. 20th October, 2014 as early as possible preferably, within a period of six weeks from today. In case the decision is taken in favour of the petitioner, the petitioner be paid unpaid salary with other allowances within a period of six weeks thereafter.
