This is the Application for condonation of 72 days delay in preferring the Appeal by the Orig. Claimant against the Judgment and Award dated 19.09.2019 passed by the learned Civil Judge Senior Division, Mukhed in LAR No.238 of 2012.

The learned Advocate for the Applicant submits that sufficient reasons are shown in the Application and the Application be allowed. 3.

The Application is opposed by the learned AGP for Respondent Nos.1 and 2 and the learned Advocate for Respondent No.3. 4.

After hearing both the sides and for the reasons mentioned in paragraph nos.2 and 3 of the Application, the Application is allowed in

terms of prayer clause 'B', subject to the condition that the Applicant shall not be entitled for the statutory benefits and interest for the aforesaid delayed period.
