The learned AGP points out that the petitioners have a statutory remedy by preferring a second revision before the Honourable Minister, in view of the judgment delivered by the Honourable Apex Court in the matter of Gurudassing Nawoosing Panjwani vs. State of Maharashtra and others, 2016 (2) SCC 213. 2.

The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits, on instructions, that he would prefer the second revision within six weeks.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off with liberty to avail of the statutory remedy. The time spent in this Court from 7.2.2019 until six weeks from today, would be a ground for condonation of delay.
