None appears for the respondent though served. By the present petition, HMP No. 144 of 2018 fled by the respondent for dissolution of the marriage under Section 13 (1) (i)(a) of the Hindu Marriage Act, instituted in the Court of Civil Judge Senior Division at Nanded is sought to be transferred to the Civil Judge Senior Division at Jalgaon, wherein proceedings under Section 25 of Cr.P.C. and under the provisions of D.V. Act, as fled by the petitioner, are pending.

My attention is invited, to the order dated 03/12/2019 in MCA No. 212 of 2018, between the same parties, by which HMP No. 39 of 2018, fled by the respondent under Section 9 of the

920 mca 58-21.odt HM Act, have been transferred, to the Court of Civil Judge Senior Division, Jalgaon.

Considering the above position, the HMP No. 144 of 2018 pending before the fle of CJSD, Nanded is transferred to the Court of CJSD, Jalgaon.

Upon receipt of such record, the CJSD, Jalgaon, shall issue notice to the respondent, to cause his appearance in the proceedings.
