The present application is filed by the claimants/parents of the deceased for withdrawal of the amount deposited in this Court. 2.

The amount of Rs.18,20,889/- plus Rs.25,000/- ias deposited in in this Court. The appeal is filed on the ground of quantum of compensation. Even if the insurance company succeeds in the matter, the quantum of compensation would not be substantially reduced. 3.

In view of the same, all the claimants/applicants together are permitted to withdraw amount of Rs.4,00,000/-, on an undertaking

CA 3079-2023 that, in the event, they have to return any part of the amount, they would do so within a period of four weeks. The amount to be transmitted by the Registry of this Court to the accounts of the applicants, after fulfilling all the necessary conditions, by the applicants.
