This civil application is filed for bringing on record LRs of sole respondent.

Sole respondent died on 16.9.2020 during pandemic and the present civil application is filed on 10.2.2022, which is again in pandemic. Registrar (Judicial) by order dated 5.1.2022 disposed of the second appeal as abated, without relying on the orders passed by the Honourable Supreme Court in Suo Motu (Civil) Writ petition No. 3 of 2020.

2, The learned advocate for appellant states that his client has complied with the order dated 2.5.2014 by making an yearly deposit on 23.12.2021.

I have gone through the contents of the civil application and I am satisfied that the present civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (B) (C) (D) and (E).
