There is a suppression of material facts by petitioners and this Court was about to dismiss all the petitions with exemplary costs, however, at this stage, Mr. Kolse Patil, learned counsel for petitioners make a request on instructions for withdrawal of all these petitions. All the writ petitions as such stand dismissed as withdrawn. 2.

In view of dismissal of writ petitions, nothing survives in the pending Civil Applications and same stand disposed of.
