We have head the learned counsel for applicants, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for non applicant Nos. 2 and 3 and the learned counsel for the non applicant No. 1. 2.

The learned advocate for applicants/original respondent Nos. 3 to 5 in writ petition submits that, due to some communication gap and misunderstanding statement was made that the enquiry has been made by the Zilla Parishad.

5. In view of the submission of applicants/respondent Nos. 3 to 5 that said statement was made due to some misunderstanding, the order dated 23.01.2019 is recalled. The writ petition is restored to its original position. The civil application is disposed of.
