Motion is made for speaking to minutes in respect of order dated 22nd March, 2016.

Mr. Tripathi, the learned counsel submits that, in para No. 1 of the order dated 22.03.2016 line No. 2 instead of 'petitioner' the same ought to be 'respondent No. 2' and in line No. 3 of the same para instead of 'rejecting' the application, the same ought to be disposing.

Mr. Hon, the learned counsel for the respondent No. 2 is also heard.

It appears that, there is an error as suggested by the petitioner. I have gone through the application and the order impugned.

In the order dated 22nd March, 2016 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No. 1848 of 2016 more particularly line No. 2 of para No. 1 instead of the word "petitioner" the word "respondent No. 2" be substituted and in line No. 3 of para No. 1 the word "rejecting" be deleted and instead the word "disposing" be substituted and so also in last line of para No. 1 of the said order instead of word "petitioner" the same be substituted as "respondent No. 2".

Necessary corrections be carried out in the said order and certified copy be issued.
