This petition is filed by the petitioner seeking directions to the respondents to implement and execute the order dated 15.07.2019 passed in Cr.P.C. Case No. 01/2019 under Section 133 of the Code of Criminal Procedure by respondent no.1 - Sub-Divisional/Executive Magistrate, Chalisgaon.

Learned APP has placed on record copy of panchanama dated 09.10.2025 to which son of the petitioner is also a signatory. Alongwith panchanama, photographs of the well which the petitioner seeks to close down are also annexed.

As per the instructions given to the learned APP, a statement is made that the well will be filled up and closed down, however, presently since there is flood situation, the same will have to be done after the water recedes. Photographs also indicate the present flood situation.

We record the statement of the learned APP that the well will be filled up and closed down as early as possible and not later than within 12 weeks from today, as an undertaking to this Court. 5.

The Writ petition is disposed of.
