Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the statement made by him on the last occasion on 20/03/2015 is not correct and it was made due to misconception of facts and he tendered apology. The apology is accepted.

Learned counsel submitted that during the pendency of the present Criminal Application, charge sheet is filed by investigating agency and he wish to file Application before the trial Court and, therefore, he wish to withdraw the present Criminal Application.
