1] The Virasat / Succession proceedings under the provisions of Hyderabad Atiyat Inquiries Act is pending with the Deputy Collector [Atiyat] since February, 2020. 2] In case there is no impediment and if virasat / succession proceedings are pending with respondent no.3, then respondent no.3 shall decide the said proceedings, on its own merits, in accordance with law, after hearing all the parties concerned and as per the procedure, preferably within nine [9] months.

3] Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
