The learned AGP submits, on instructions, that Tahasildar, Parali Vaijinath has closed the proceeding bearing No.2022/ROR/155/KAVI-127, for delivering a final order. 2.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioners submits that they have tendered a detailed written statement alongwith objections. They expect the Tahasildar, Parli Vaijinath to consider the entire material while delivering a final order.
