After an adjournment, the learned Advocate for the Petitioners submits, on instructions, that the Petitioners desire to withdraw this petition with a request that all the contentions of the parties be kept open to be dealt with by the Deputy Collector, General Administration, Aurangabad and as the proceedings have been lodged in 1993, the same may be directed to be concluded within a particular time frame. Considering the above, this Writ Petition is disposed of as withdrawn.

Notwithstanding the observations of the Maharashtra Revenue Tribunal, Aurangabad in clause (3) under paragraph 10 of the
