PER COURT :- The petitioner has filed representation in respect of alleged irregularities found in the tender precess for allotment of works relating to ancient monuments on 5.2.2016 and the same is stated to be pending. This petition can conveniently be disposed of by issuing directions to the State Government to take decision on the representation in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of three weeks from today and it is accordingly directed.
