This Court, while disposing of writ petition No. 1065 of 2015, on 2nd February, 2015, permitted members, who claim to have entitlement for enlistment of their names in the voters list, to make appropriate application to the authority, provided under the election rules and bye laws of the Trust and permitted said forum to take appropriate decision on such claims and objections raised before it.

It is pointed out that programme of election for electing managing committee has been published on 11th February, 2015

{2} wp1752-15 and provisional voters list has also been published on the same day and objections to the list are required to be tendered on 18th February, 2015 and after consideration of objections the list is required to be finalized on 27th February, 2015. It would be open for the petitioners to tender appropriate objection to the Committee / authority prescribed under the rules and bye laws, before the prescribed date i.e. 18th February, 2015. It would be open for the said committee / authority to take appropriate decision in accordance with provisions of the election rules and bye laws.

With aforesaid clarification, writ petition stands disposed of.
