Mr. Paranjape, learned Counsel for the applicants pray for withdrawal of the application. It is submitted by Mr. Paranjape, learned Counsel that the applicants are members of Labour Union namely, Marathwada Labour Union and as the separate application is already filed bearing Civil Application No. 498 of 2020 through Secretary of Union, present civil application bearing Civil Application No. 497 of 2020 permitted to be withdrawn.
