Learned Counsel for petitioner submits that the petitioner is appointed as Peon on compassionate ground. The approval for the probation period is granted. Further approval for continuation is not granted. 2.

The learned Counsel for respondent no.4 submits that the proposal for permanent approval to the appointment of petitioner is forwarded on 13.4.2017.

The proposal forwarded in 2017 is not complete in all respect. 3.

Learned Counsel for respondent no.4 submits that the fresh proposal completed in all respect would be submitted within two weeks from today. 4.

On receipt of the fresh proposal, the Education Officer shall decided it on its own merits expeditiously, preferably within six months. 5.

Writ Petition disposed of. No costs.
