Learned counsel for the appellant, on instructions, seeks withdrawal of this second appeal with liberty to approach the competent authority under Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in the Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 for redressal of his grievance.

Second appeal thus, stands disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. Needless to mention the time spent in prosecuting the civil suit may be exempted while computing the period of limitation, if any, required to move the competent authority under the concerned Act.
