PER COURT :- The petitioner is objecting to the allotment of petrol pump in favour of respondent No.3 at the location of Pimpla Dhaiguda. Admittedly, the petitioner did not apply for aforesaid location and has tendered his application for the location Warwati, Tq. Ambajogai, Dist. Beed. Counsel appearing for the respondent states that, the letter of intent has been issued on 7.2.2015 and the petrol pump has already been commissioned by the successful applicant. Apart from this, on consideration of location of the petrol pump, it does appear to be in conformity with the advertisement issued by the Petroleum Company.
