Heard both the sides. As per order passed by this Court, the respondent-acquiring body has deposited only 50% amount of the award before this Court. Considering the challenge made to the judgment and award of the Reference Court, the applicant is permitted to withdraw the said amount on furnishing undertaking to the extent of half of the 50% deposited amount and permitted to withdraw the remaining

ca3918.17 amount on furnishing surety to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial). The Civil Application is accordingly disposed of.
