This petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No. 3 - the Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Aurangabad to take the decision on the application dated 18th/23rd December, 2014, submitted by the petitioner, on its own merits, if already not taken, as expeditiously as possible; however, within eight weeks from today and communicate the decision so taken to the petitioner.
