We have heard learned counsel for the petitioners.

The learned Additional / Assistant Government Pleader raises a preliminary objection that the petitioners have a remedy of appeal before the scrutiny committee.

In light of that, writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to avail the alternate remedy. All contentions are kept open. No costs. In case such appeals are filed, the scrutiny committee shall decide the appeals within three (03) months.

Writ Petitions are disposed of. No costs.
