We have heard Mr. Golewar, the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned AGP states that the order of this Court is complied. It is decided that the present petitioner is not entitled for second time bound promotional pay­scale and his representation is rejected. Copy of the said communication is handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

In the light of that, the order of this Court stands complied, though belatedly. The contempt stands purged. Contempt petition disposed of. No costs.

3. Needless to state that the petitioner is entitled to assail the order rejecting his representation, in appropriate proceedings.
