The learned A.G.P. has produced on record a copy of the order dated 17.07.2018 downloaded from Web portal of the Court system passed by the learned 3rd Joint Civil Judge Junior Division, Bhusawal showing that the suit i.e. R.C.S. No. 106/2015 itself is disposed of as withdrawn by the plaintiff. The present writ petition is filed seeking quashment of order passed below Exh. 6 in the said civil suit.
