The applicant and Respondent No.2 are present in-person. 2.

This is an application for quashing of F.I.R. No. 6 of 2024 registered with Karmad Police Station, Dist. Aurangabad for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A, 323, 504 and 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicants and Respondent No.2 that the parties have settled the matter and Applicant No.1 is ready to pay Rs.35,000/- to Respondent No.2 towards settlement and he is 1 / 2

970-APPLN-672-24.odt going to pay the amount right now. Learned counsel for Respondent No.2 submits that just now Respondent No.2 / informant has received the amount of Rs.35,000/-. He further submits that the informant has no objection if the application is allowed and she will given Khula to Applicant No.1, her husband, within a period of twenty days. Respondent No.2 also made a similar statement.

In view of above, we exercise our powers under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure and allow the application in terms of prayer clause [B].
