Heard Mr Godbole, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant.

The applicant prays for intervention in the writ petition. The submission of seeking intervention is reflected in paragraph 7 of the application and it is stated that the the petitioner in the said writ petition has claimed that she being belonging to SC category, be appointed by way of promotion as a Head Master and the applicant says that as the post claimed by the petitioner goes to ST category candidate, intervener's right will be adversely affected if the petition is allowed.

Mr Salunke, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner in writ petition submits that the petitioner is claiming right over the post independently and he further fairly submits that the petitioner is having no objection for permitting the applicant/intervenor to participate in the petition.

In view of this fact, the prayer for seeking intervene is allowed, needless to state keeping the contentions of the parties open for hearing/decision of the petition.
