1. Heard Mr. Kawade, learned counsel for petitioner and Learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondents. 2.

It appears that petitioner has already on 27-10-2015 preferred application purportedly under section 31 of the Maharashtra Stamp Act, 1958 with respondent No. 4.

Considering the above, we have not considered the merits of the argument canvassed by respective parties. Interest of justice would be sub-served by passing following order.

The concerned respondent shall decide application (Exhibit-A) filed by the petitioner on its own merits in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of writ of this order. The

With aforesaid direction, writ petition stands disposed of. No cost.
