Considering the challenge made to the judgment and award passed by the Tribunal and the fact that bread winner of the family met with an accident, the applicants are permitted to withdraw an amount of Rs.3,00,000/- (Rupees Three Lakhs) deposited before this Court on furnishing undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial). The Civil Application is accordingly disposed of.
