This petition can be disposed of by issuing directions to the respondent No.2 to take decision by himself or through any of his subordinate in respect of the application dated 24.11.2011 tendered by the petitioner claiming rental compensation, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from today and it is accordingly directed. On determination of amount of rental compensation, if the petitioner is held entitled to receive certain amount, the amount so determined shall be paid to the petitioner by the respondent No.4 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date of such determination.

With the directions as above, writ petition is disposed of.
