Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

By the present application under section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, the applicant seeks his release on bail, in connection with C.R. No.I-10 of 2016, registered with police station, Supa, Tq. Parner, Dist. Ahmednagar, for offences punishable under sections 394, 341 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is that the applicant has assaulted the complainant Karbhari on account of the dispute in relation to approach road to their fields, as their fields are adjoining to each other. 4.

Perused the investigation papers. The complainant has suffered simple injuries which are in the form of abrasion and blunt trauma.

As the investigation in the matter is complete and charge-sheet is also filed, in my opinion, further detention of the applicant is not necessary. 6.

In view thereof, I pass the following order :- The applicant be released on bail, in connection with C.R. No.I-10 of 2016, registered with police station, Supa, Tq. Parner, Dist. Ahmednagar, for offences punishable under sections 394, 341 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code, on furnishing P.R. Bond of Rs.15,000/- with one surety in the like amount.
