PER COURT :- Heard. In view of the liberty granted by the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal, the petitioner can very well file representation with Respondent Authorities. Claim of the petitioner to be considered in accordance with relevant provisions. We make it clear that, the petitioner will be free to make prayer in the representation as per his wish and observations in para 9 of the impugned order of the Tribunal stating therein that, the petitioner is entitled for promotion on the post of Scientific Officer Group `B' w.e.f. 25th September, 2005. If the petitioner is advised to file such representation, he can file the same as expeditiously as possible, preferably within four weeks from today. Upon filing such application, the Respondents are directed to decide the said representation on its own merits and in accordance with relevant provisions as expeditiously as possible preferably by the end of June, 2015.
