This petition is arising out of the judgment delivered by the Member, Industrial Court, Ahmednagar, in favour of the respondent, which dispute had arisen under the Industrial Disputes Act, pursuant to the employer - employee relationship.

The parties are personally present before the Court, who are identified by their respective Counsel and have tendered consent terms dated 18th December, 2015, which are taken on record and marked "X" for identification purpose. The parties agree that the contents of the consent terms are explained to them in vernacular and have understood the same. 3.

Writ Petition, therefore, stands disposed of in terms of consent terms.
