Mr. Bhokarikar, learned counsel for applicants undertakes to file VP as well as remove office objections pertaining to the name of respondent No.1 within a week. His undertaking is accepted. It is an application for withdrawal of compensation amount moved by the applicants/claimants.

Heard Mr. Bhokarikar, learned counsel for applicants/claimants and Mr. S. S. Patil, learned counsel for appellant/respondent No.1. It is a death claim. The Tribunal seems to have awarded compensation of Rs.12,39,600/-.

34 ca.3326.22.odt Having considered the submissions of the learned counsel for respective sides, I am convinced to allow the application. Hence, the following order is passed:

O R D E R

I.

The application is hereby allowed.

II.

The applicants are permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount of compensation on furnishing usual undertaking with the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.

III.

Remaining 50% amount shall be invested in fixed deposit account in any Nationalized Bank initially for a period of one year with renewal clause. IV.
